Overview

I contributed to the design and development of an internal client management app, working closely with the development team to create a seamless and intuitive user experience. The goal was to design a tool that streamlined workflows, improved accessibility to client data, and made daily tasks more efficient for employees.

To achieve this, I focused on:

Defining key user needs and translating them into clear, functional design requirements.

Conducting user research through interviews, test protocols, and UX questionnaires to understand pain points and expectations.

Iterating on the interface design to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall efficiency.

The objective was to create a solution that felt natural to use while optimizing productivity.

Solution

Based on user insights, I helped shape a clean and structured interface by:

Designing an intuitive navigation system that allowed employees to access client information effortlessly.

Optimizing the layout and functionality to ensure a smooth workflow.

Implementing and refining interactive elements to enhance the user experience.
